Friends, I’ve been wanting to screen The Book of Ruth at the Manhattan JCC since it was made.
18 months before we filmed it, we held a live reading of the script at the JCC, so it has certainly been a part of our journey.
On January 27th, 2025, International Holocaust Remembrance Day, I’ll be joining Ruth Franklin at the Manhattan JCC for the launch of her new book, The Many Lives of Anne Frank, accompanied by a special screening of The Book of Ruth.
The screening will be followed by a Q&A with both Ruth and myself.
