Earlier this week I was a guest on my festies Besties Natalie and Tara’s podcast – We’re Making a Movie.
As the previous sentence indicates, I met Natalie and Tara at a film festival years ago, and in many more festivals since. We live in three different states, but that’s the magic of the festival circuit.
They’re smart and lovely, and sharing with their audience their process as they make their first feature film.
I was very happy they asked me to come on and talk about casting.
But we covered so much more – writing process, networking (ugh) and Israeli soup almonds.
It was, as usual, such a fun hang, and I’m looking forward to seeing them next month at the Gig Harbor Film Festival, and if I ever find the time, finish writing the script I want them to star in.
