A bit of exciting news!
I’ve recently joined the CBR writing team as a repub staff writer.
It’s been so long since I had a byline, it’s absolutely wonderful to be paid for writing again, and writing about things I love!
For example, the first assignment I was given was about The Legend of Korra. They asked me if it was a good topic for me, and I said, “I think I’ll manage.”
What’s interesting about being a republishing writer, is that it feels like a combination of being a writer + a script doctor (but for articles!) You take someone else’s work, you have to add 50% more, and you have to rewrite to bring it up to current standards.
Anyway, enjoy this first piece about The Legend Of Korra. I’ve only just started (currently on my 3rd article) and I’m already making everything gayer. You’re welcome.
